Online Sales Solutions and Travel Technology

ARKTUR is a pioneer in the field of online travel booking systems in Ukraine. In 2004, we launched the first version of our own CRS, the predecessor of our current system, which already uses the latest modern software development technologies. (CRS - Computer or Central Reservation System). The Company's Department of Business Development and Online Sales is responsible for this line of business.

This Department serves a considerable volumes of hotel sales in and around Ukraine. All these sales generated by wide ranging sales channels integrated with our CRS, including such sale technology as GDS (Global Distribition Systems), IDS (Internet Distribition Systems), OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), local and international travel agencies and TMCs (Travel Management Companies), plus our own B2C/B2b channel. In particular, in 2006, ARKTUR was appointed representative of Pegasus Solutions Switch, providing GDS connectivity services to a wide range of Ukrainian hotels. Our unique CRS offers a seamless connectivity solution for hotels, which dramatically increases the efficiency of their access to global customers. AKTUR has more than 15 years of experience in providing Ukrainian and international travel companies and corporate clients with a range of business travel services, including hotel accommodation, transportation, meals, guide services, air and train tickets around the world. We have 1000+ direct contracts with hotels with instant confirmation of reservations, we cooperate with approved representative offices providing other tourist services both in Ukraine and abroad. Our Ukrainian hotels can be booked online through our B2b/B2c GUI interface on the Website www.arktur.ua.
